Site Visit: New St. Vincent’s Heart Pavilion Precast Structure

The new Heart Pavilion is a 4 story total precast concrete frame structure built on the last piece of property available.

The project is a very difficult and complex framing design. The structure will include a connector with stair and elevator towers and an attached heart patient wing extending to the river front. This will be a guided tour since construction will be ongoing at the time.

Speaker & Tour Guide: Mr. Richard Pope PM for Gate Precast Co. As a precast project manager he has over 40 years of construction experience and completing over 100 precast structures.

(Limited parking will be in the parking garage at the end of King Street.  We will meet on the top floor of the ramp.) PPE comprising of hard hat, safety glasses and high vis vest is required.  No open toed shoes.

Time: 3:30 pm
