Topic:  

Ken Roush will speak about several recent large concrete vault projects here in Northeast Florida and how the concrete density was obtained and how the concrete temperature was monitored and controlled. He will also discuss the proper way to specify mass concrete in Florida.

 

Speaker: Mr. Ken Roush

 

Ken Roush is a civil engineer and consultant from NE Florida, specializing in concrete materials, design, construction, and unique problems.  He has become a specialist in mass concrete applications in Florida and the eastern US, including preparation of the temperature control and monitoring plans required by the specifications.
