There will a brief presentation by Mr. Lee Holland on how chlorides affect concrete and reinforcing in concrete followed by a panel discussion on chlorides in Northeast Florida concrete, how to prevent them, how to test for them and how to mitigate them in existing concrete.

 

Panel Moderator: Mr. Lee Holland – Southeast Regional Account Manager for GCP Applied Technologies (formerly W. R. Grace).

Panelists:              Mr. John Ellis, II, P. E.- President Legacy Engineering and Old South Drilling.

                             Mr. J.T. Walker – Argos Ready Mix Quality Assurance Manager for NE Florida.

                             Mr. Jude T. Kostage, P.E. – Structural Engineer and Senior Associate with        Atlantic Engineering Services of Jacksonville.
