Carla A. Ramo is a registered P.E. in Florida, Carla obtained her BSCE at the University of Puerto Rico and her MBA at NOVA Southeastern University.  Ms. Ramo has 16 years' experience in post-tensioning structural repair and strengthening.  She specializes in concrete repairs, FRP strengthening, and post-tensioning repairs. She is dedicated to developing preventinve maintenance programs and quality repairs to achieve a significant extension of clients' assets service life and performance.
