Free Lunch at tour of the CMC Steel Mill Plant.  Tour will allow us to see steel being made in an electric furnace and the manufacture of reinforcing steel bars.  We will go through the melt shop, rolling mill and respooler where we will get to see the complete process of making reinforcing steel bars.  Given the nature of such a plant and that it is an active steel mill, everyone needs to have a hard hat, boots, safety glasses and high vis construction vest.

Due to security, sign up for the event must be completed by noon March 12 in order to secure a spot and have access to the plant.  No walk on or day of the event sign up will be allowed so please sign up as soon as possible before March 12.
